Sponsorship Opportunities

Conference Policies

The Georgia Governor’s Tourism Conference is committed to your return on your investment! Estimated attendance this year is 500+. Our exhibit area is adjacent to our General Sessions, and we host an opening reception, all four conference breaks and two continental breakfasts in the exhibit area.

Please note that lodging reservations must be made separately from your registration. Our host hotel is the Marriott Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center. For more information please visit the Lodging page. Sponsorships are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Confirmed sponsors may request attendee list updates prior to the conference. There are forty total 8’ exhibitor spaces available, one per sponsor. Tables are assigned in sponsorship level order.

Early set up begins at noon on Sunday, August 26th through 6:00pm. All sponsors are encouraged to take advantage of this extra time before the conference begins. Regular set up hours Monday, August 27th from 9:00am until 12:45pm. Also, please plan to attend the Opening General Session at 1:00pm where all sponsors and exhibitors are recognized for their support. Breakdown may not begin until 10:15am on Wednesday, August 29th at the conclusion of the morning break.

Sponsor fees must be paid in full by July 6, 2012 to secure space. If a sponsor must cancel before July 6, 2012, a refund will be processed minus a $100 processing fee. We regret that refunds cannot be made within 45 days of the conference.

Dinner Sponsors – $6,000

  • Meeting Registration Fee included for three attendees; additional attendees receive discounted registration ($300 each)
  • 8’ clothed and skirted table with premium placement in main meeting area

  • Logo featured on conference collateral materials including conference invitation, program, pocket agenda, etc.
  • Logo featured in email blasts to all potential attendees

Lunch Sponsors – $3,000
